My husband and I are so pleased we chose Amber as our Realtor. This was our first home buying experience and we had no clue what to expect. Amber was professional in every respect. She worked for 5 months with us to find the right house in the right location, showing us houses from Stafford to Alexandria, always working around our schedule. We moved here from Washington State so our interest was mainly in the backyard. We often took her on field trips through brush and swamps, but she was always ready for it. She even spent some of her vacation writing our contract because she knew the timing was important. That first contract was a short sale, so she understands those sales too. Although we backed out of it, (it was taking the bank much too long) she was not discouraged and was right back out showing us more houses. If we had to deal with the seller's agent in either the first or second contract, we might have given up, but Amber dealt with them for us in a no-nonsense but professional manner, negotiating the right deal. Amber continued to follow up with us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. She listens, she is as smart as she is sweet. We would definitely choose her again if we go through another home purchase or sale.
