Be warned …

People are basically everywhere, soaking up the vibe and enjoying themselves, but it doesn’t come as much of a surprise, does it? You should also be aware of how infrequently the houses are put on the market here, and when they do, they’re sold within a couple of days (even though it’s not the cheapest area out there, being close to the city and restaurants is sought after). Oh, and if you’re not a big fan of dogs, just remember there are dogs usually seen on the avenue walking with their owners.

Transportation

Excellent metro, bus services, bike trails or driving routes constitute a paradise for commuting professionals in need to get back home as soon as possible. This commuting-oriented area will be the right choice for you if you’re a professional developing your career, but at the same time, focused on your outside of work life. This metro area furnishes a feeling that everything’s near you, and you don’t have to wander far to reach your favorite restaurant, hairdresser, or tailor.

Considering the family-friendly character of this area, you’ll find plenty of schools nearby, a lot of them within walking distance. There are also some institution within a short distance if you’d like to explore your options on private schools, as well as colleges.
